Choose when to publish
Scheduling is configured on the channel. Pick days and time slots that suit your audience, then check the time zone shown in the app: an hour chosen without checking it can land at a different moment than you expected.
Start with a few posts spaced out. Raise the frequency once you have checked that the search returns relevant products and that the messages read well.
A time slot alone does not send a message
Publishing also depends on eligible products being available, on the filters, on the bot’s permissions and on the plan limits. The pricing page lists the current limits: there is no need to infer them from the number of slots you set.
If a post is missing, check the channel, the search, the catalogue and the limits first. Adding more slots without fixing the cause makes the problem harder to read.
Check the flow with a first post
Compare the scheduled time with the message that actually arrived on Telegram. Open the link and check the product and the variant. Keep a reference to the send, so you can tell a template problem from a scheduling one.
This feature covers the flow of deals selected by Scontino. Extra features and custom messages depend on the plan you have.
