1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a site saves on your device to remember something from one page to the next. Some keep the site working, some measure visits, others show targeted advertising. The same rules apply to equivalent technologies, such as the browser local storage.

2. Which cookies we use

The public site uses a single cookie, and it is a technical one: it remembers the language you chose. Technical cookies do not require your consent by law (Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code), which is why you will not see a banner.

• scontino_locale: first-party technical cookie. It holds the code of the language you chose, for example it or en, and is used to show you the site in the same language on your next visit. Lifetime: 12 months.

3. Cookies we do not use

We do not use analytics cookies, we do not use profiling or advertising cookies and we do not share data with ad networks. There are no social buttons tracking your visit: the Instagram link in the footer is an ordinary link and loads nothing from third parties.

4. Third-party services the pages connect to

Even without cookies, some pages connect to external servers. It is worth knowing:

• Google Fonts: the typefaces are loaded from Google servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). The request installs no cookies, but Google receives your IP address.
• app.scontino.com: the application where you log in and manage your channels uses its own cookies, needed to keep you signed in. They are described in the application privacy notice.
• Amazon and Telegram: when you open a deal or a channel you leave our site. From that point on, the cookies and policies of those services apply.

5. How to manage or delete cookies

You can delete cookies already saved and stop new ones from being saved through your browser settings. If you block the language cookie the site keeps working: it simply will not remember the language you chose.
